Evan Giltaire started from pole position and drove a faultless race at Spa Francorchamps. The Frenchman got off to a perfect start to maintain his lead over Canadian Kevin Foster, but also had to deal with two safety car periods. On each restart, Giltaire was able to protect himself from an attack from his rivals to take his third victory of the season. Behind him, Foster was also isolated in 2nd place, while a fine duel took place for the last step of the podium.
Romain Andriolo got off to an excellent start and immediately passed Hiyu Yamakoshi and Tom Kalender. On several occasions, the Japanese driver came close to catching the Frenchman, but Andriolo held on and retained 3rd place. Still very close to this duo, the German scored his best result of the season, after having to keep an eye on Enzo Peugeot, who dropped from 8th to 6th place on the first lap.
Max Reis, who started 12th, put in a fine performance to come back to 8th in the wake of Louis Schlesser, who also drove a solid race. It has to be said that an incident eliminated Edgar Pierre, who was running in 7th position, and demoted Adrien Closmenil and Belgium’s Yani Stevenheydens. Closmenil saved 9th place ahead of American driver Garrett Berry.
