After a perfect start from pole position, Evan Giltaire quickly managed to extend his lead over his rivals and set the fastest lap in the race. The 16 year old French hopeful did not hesitate in his first attempt in a single-seater! The action came from behind with a superb duel between Canadian Kevin Foster and Frenchman Enzo Peugeot, who started well from 6th place on the grid. Despite several attempts during which he frequently found himself next to his rival, Peugeot finally managed to secure 3rd place.
Although he had to lose out to Peugeot on the first lap, Enzo Richer managed to control the pressure from Romain Andriolo to finish 4th. Spaniard Pol Lopez overtook Japan’s Hiyu Yamakoshi for 6th place. Germany’s Max Reis moved up four places to 8th ahead of Romania’s Luca Savu and Belgium’s Yani Stevenheydens.
